"Great leather that feels built to last"
I’m really happy with the leather quality. It feels solid in hand, looks nice, and I don’t have any complaints. I think other customers looking for something that feels durable and well-made would probably be pleased with it too.

"Fit was tighter than I expected"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up being way too tight on me. Maybe it would work better if you prefer a really snug fit or have a different body shape, but for me, I’d definitely size up next time.

"Surprisingly good leather"
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, it’s held up better than I expected. The leather feels soft but not flimsy, and so far I haven’t noticed any marks, peeling, or loose bits. It doesn’t exactly scream luxury, but for what it is, I’m happy with it

"Stitching was kind of letdown"
The leather feels okay, but stitching on mine is uneven and a little messy. There’s few threads already sticking out, which doesn’t feel great. For the price, I was expecting better craftsmanship, to be honest.

Support did get back to me quickly, which I appreciated. That said, some of the follow-up felt a bit inconsistent, so while the response time was good, it did make me trust the whole experience a little less.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The order did turn up on time, which I appreciated, but the first thing I noticed was the box. It looked a bit knocked about, and once I opened it, the item was wrapped plainly with not much thought put into the presentation.
I know nothing was actually damaged, so that’s good, but for the price my attention went straight to the unboxing and it just didn’t feel very special. It gave me the impression it had been packed in a bit of a rush

"Showed up faster than expected"
I ordered from cuero.co.uk the delivery was quicker than I thought it would be. My parcel turned up earlier than expected, which is always a win. The tracking did the job too, not flawless, but enough to keep me updated. I’m giving it one star off because the dispatch email came through a bit late, but overall I was happy with the speed and I’d definitely order again...

"Bad timing made the delivery more stressful"
My order did arrive eventually, so that was fine, but the whole tracking situation was frustrating. It didn’t update for days, and of course it happened right when I actually needed to know what was going on, so the timing really didn’t help. I emailed customer service and got a reply quite late, and it didn’t really tell me much. The product itself was okay in the end, but the lack of clear updates made it feel way more stressful than it needed to be.

"I’m not always the best at..."
I’m not always the best at finding my way around websites, so maybe I just got lucky, but this one was straightforward. I found what I was after quicker than I expected.

Checkout was simple too, which I appreciated. I kept thinking I’d missed a step or that something would go wrong, but there were no odd errors or confusing bits.

The order email came through straight away, so that put my mind at ease. Overall, it was a nice, smooth buying experience

"Not really my style, I guess?"
I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but the designs felt a little plain and not as modern as I was expecting. A few pieces were fine, but overall the style seemed kind of dull and didn’t really catch my eye. From the photos, I thought they’d look a bit nicer in person.
